Our Wines
It isn’t just coffee. We serve a variety of refreshments, snacks and delicacies to satisfy your
taste buds and make sure you get the best experience with us.

Merlot
Merlot offers a smooth, fruit-forward profile typical of California reds, featuring notes of raspberry, cherry, and plum, complemented by hints of vanilla,, and burnt sugar. Its light-to-medium body and soft tannins make it an approachable choice for casual sipping or pairing with hearty dishes.

Cabernet
Cabernet Sauvignon is a bolder, more structured counterpart to Merlot, known for its deep color, firm tannins, and complex flavor profile. If you’re sipping a Cabernet—especially one from California like Vista Serrano Vineyard might produce—you can expect notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, tobacco, and sometimes green bell pepper or graphite.
Food Pairings for Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet’s intensity and tannic grip make it ideal for rich, protein-packed dishes:

Meritage
The Meritage blend a special category of VSV blends modeled after the classic Bordeaux style. The term “Meritage” (a blend of “merit” and “heritage”) is used for wines that combine two or more traditional Bordeaux grape varieties, without being labeled by a single varietal like Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.
