Vista Serrano Vineyard is a very small family owned vineyard that was started in 2002 in the hills west of the city of Paso Robles California. The vineyard consists of Cabernet and Merlot grapes and we make varietal wines from each grape as well as some years we build a Meritage. We are also in the process of broadening our products to a line of natural food, winemaking, and other locally grown items. Because of the small size the products are not for general sale at this time but are distributed personally.
For our small family the two highlights of the year are pruning in February or March and harvest in late September or October. At these times we work hard all day and then we have a party into the night. Wine, lots of food, and the crescendo is Karaoke singing into the cool air of the hills surrounding the vineyard and of course good friends.
